You’ve been… Thunderstruck!

A surprising amount of reference work went into this page, as well as some solid creativity on Ed’s part. I’ll let him take it from here.

ED’S NOTES

So… How are things?

Sabrina’s already posted and told you all about the crossover, which is going to ROCK.

I’m super excited, but enough about all of that and my level of excitement. Let’s focus on this page, huh?

On the last page, you met Danger Team 77. I hope you weren’t getting attached.

Our esteemed writer and editor told me; “Ed, he’s a disgruntled ConEd lineman from the ‘70’s. Essentially, he becomes an over-the-top super villain. He needs to look over the top.” I hope that we can all agree that panel 2 is just that.

Then, we had to show you guys the natural, destructive aftermath. Both in the environment, and in the hearts and minds of the heroes.

Like I said, I hope you weren’t getting attached.

Artistically, I hope that you’re ALL seeing the growth. I get that from page 1 to 44 is a big leap, and things look different. However, let’s not overlook the driving force and inspiration behind it all. It’s Sabrina. She’s written this book, coached me, believed in me, guided me and brought me to where I am, exposing my potential and fostering it. So, don’t ever forget to credit the lady. She’s putting more into my pages than I ever could alone.

Onto more Danger Team!
