Now we’re cooking with gas!

We’re keeping our eyes on line weights, light sources and doing service to the story, not my ego.

When I’m drawing these, I’m trying to imagine the timing and the energy between them at the diner and chatting. It really helps me to get the lines, poses and facial expressions to all work in unison for the purpose of moving the story forward. It helps if folks are interested in what they’re seeing and reading.
