Just in case anyone ever asked the question, “Why don’t they arrest her?” We offer some anecdotal evidence of why. Because Giant Girl is a little hard to arrest. Yes, she did yank out her coat to be a touch more modest though she didn’t bother to get on the rest of the costume because she just wasn’t in the mood. It is a sign of just who Ronni is that she pauses in the middle of checking on her friend to shoot up to 12 feet tall just to photobomb some cops who are working the scene.
